Connection Validation™ (CV) enhances this process by assessing solder joint quality through real-time analysis of intermetallic compound formation. It provides closed-loop feedback directly to the operator via an LED light ring integrated into the handpiece. By minimizing the variability inherent in manual soldering, CV reduces reliance on subjective judgment and helps standardize quality assessment. Rather than replacing operator skill, it reinforces it with an objective, measurable method—delivering greater consistency, repeatability, and confidence in every solder joint.
