Mirka® Random Orbital Sanders
Electric DEROS II for dust-free sanding of all kinds of surfaces: 5.0 mm orbit for general purpose, 2.5 mm for finer grits and prepolish. Pneumatic finishing sanders in precision molded composites, 12,000 rpm, with a vac-ready 3" for central vacuum lines.

ABRANET, GOLD, GALAXY and Abralon Discs
ABRANET mesh pulls dust through the disc before it can mar the surface. GALAXY ceramic grains self-sharpen as they break, with a dust-repellent, clog-resistant coating. GOLD aluminum oxide with a resin-on-resin bond and semi-open coating. Abralon is the flexible finishing disc, P180 to P4000, wet or dry, for the step before polishing. Backup Pads, 3" to 8", Grip and PSA
The pad sits between the sander and the disc. Match the size to the sander, and grip or PSA to the disc. Multihole and 28- or 48-hole faces carry dust through to the extractor; pad savers and the interface pad extend pad life.

Hoses and HEPA Dust Extraction
A 13 ft hose from the sander to the extractor, an 18 ft coaxial air-and-vacuum hose for the pneumatic CV tools, and two HEPA extractors built for Mirka dust-free systems.
